Because chicks will be in high demand, please call your local store to check availability.
Get ready for your next feathery adventure at Murdoch's. Most of our stores will soon receive a fuzzy lineup of baby chicks. Each store to carry chicks will have an assortment of breeds, ranging from meat birds, hardy egg layers, rare birds, dual-purpose chickens, and game birds, so be sure to visit Murdoch’s early enough to take your pick of cute and fuzzy.
When do the chicks arrive? That depends on the store. The tentative schedule below is subject to change:
Chicks now available in select stores!
- Schertz, Killeen, and Victoria (Texas): Week of January 8.
- Cheyenne (Wyoming), and Clifton, Greeley, and Parker (Colorado): Week of January 22.
- All Stores (excluding Salmon, Idaho, and Dillon, Montana): Week of February 5.
- Dillon (Montana) and College Station (Texas): Week of February 12.
- Salmon (Idaho): End of February
- Rock Springs (Wyoming) will not receive chicks.
